It's set to enter its third week in theaters worldwide as a bona fide blockbuster. Not only is it the biggest Hollywood release of the year, A Minecraft Movie has now out-grossed a trio of landmark blockbuster films from around two decades ago. Warner Bros. can now heave a sigh of relief after a concerning start to the year, and can brag that A Minecraft Movie has made more at the global box office than Michael Bay's classic Armageddon, which debuted in 1998.
